OK so i found an exedy stage one clutch kit for $105 on ebay (a trusted seller) brand new. Is this kit going to be reliable? Also, would it be worth it to replace the flywheel (would it give me a noticable performance upgrade) and if so which one.

also, since im replacing the transmission, the mechanic suggested i replace the "rear main engine oil seal". he suggested "luk" brand. can anyone verify this as good advice and/or a good brand. THanks again
