Default Exhaust Manifold Shield...How do I remove it ?

I got a 1991 Honda Accord DX and I'm trying to remove the exhaust manifold shield for resurface and painting,
seems easy enough, but then as Im trying to take it out after removing the 3 screws, the A/C line the the radiator are in the way.

Is there a way to remove it without removing the A/C line and the radiator ?
Anyone done this before ?

Looks to me like O2 sensor must be removed for sure. This should allow unit to come more directly upwards. An O2 socket is necessary to remove.

good luck

OH yeah, forgot to mention, yes, i removed the 02 sensor too, might be able to squeeze pass the a/c line but seems like gonna have to remove the radiator or just the fan if removable without having to remove the radiator.

AC line won't move much so removing radiator fan is likely necessary.

Fans can be removed w/o removing radiator and radiator can be tipped forward if topside guide brackets are removed.

Removing radiator fans is a bit of pain requiring removal of underbody dust shield to access the lower side retaining bolts and loosen them enough to remove the fan shroud. I've found that I have to completely remove bolts to manage reinstallation.

good luck
