Default exhaust trouble

Hi. I have a 94 honda accord ex. The exhaust is rattling and its annyoing. It hit a bolt right by the mesh coupling. I was wondering what i can do to fix this so i wont be annoyed anymore. Any answers help. Thanks.

Not sure what you mean by "hit a bolt right by the mesh coupling".

If it's a higher pitch rattle check out the heat shield over the cat, that can make an awful racket.

Is it coming from front or rear? I'm assuming front since you mentioned the flex pipe. That shouldn't make too much noise but check the connection between that and the cat, that joint can separate and rattle but not make too much noise like a muffler missing.

on my car there is a bolt right by the mesh coupling and it is hitting that bolt and it only does it when i down shift or i am going do a hill without my foot on the pedal.
