turns out i dont have the plate.its a 93 h22a so the layout is the same as the above manifold's on the 90-93 witch means i can drill the holes or pull the manifold.im sure the intake manifold has not been cleaned on this car in YEARS because the previous owner Didn't seem like the type to do it.So im going to pull the intake manifold replace all gaskets and seals clean the hell out of everything an hope that fixes my problem.
