Default fan Blower Wire

I just wired a remote start system into my 97 Accord.

I wired it so that it only powers the ignition circuit (IGN 2) as I do not want the stereo system to come on while the car is running on the remote start (because it is a very large multi-amp setup and it is hard to always turn the system completely down before turning the car off)

Anyway I can take an output from the remote start , run it to a relay, and then run that to the High Speed Wire on the Fan Blower. I figure I can just unplug the relay for the year and just plug it in for the winters only.

My question is (finally, right?) where can I tap into the fan motor without taking the dash apart? Also what color is it? I think I would like to use the med setting vs. the high setting so what color wire is the MED setting for the fan motor?

So I found the wiring diagram online.
My idea of tying into the wire at the switch will not work as it will not then energize the Blower Motor Relay.

Next idea is to just run power via a relay to the fan motor itself.

How many amps does the fan pull on high? Less than 30 amps I am quite sure.
I would hope it to be 10 amps or so.

Where is the fan motor? Is it easy to get to?
