Post Fan Cycles on after car is parked

The fan often cylces on after the car is parked in the underground garage in my building. The car need not be hot, nor does it have to be on a day when I've had the A/C on. I believe the fan stays on for about two minutes, and goes off. I asked a Honda dealer about this, and was told it's not unusual. My concern here is wearing out the battery.

What's interesting here is this: very rarely, if ever, does the fan cycle on when the car is parked outside.

Any ideas/fixes would be appreciated.

The fans turn on after the car is stopped if the coolant temperature is too high (over 223F) to prevent damage to the engine.

The max a fan should stay turned on is 15 min after the car is turned off, so it shouldn't wear down the battery.

I would inspect the radiator fins to see if they are deteriorating. If the fins are coming apart like a ribbon, then I would replace the radiator.

I would also lightly spray water on the fins of the radiator and a/c condenser to clean out any dirt buildup to help air flow.

I would drain, and flush out any buildup from the coolant system, then refill with fresh coolant if it hasn't been done within the past two years.
