Default finding TDC on 91 accord

I have a 91 accord F22A1 with a stick shift and im trying to find TDC. Right now I have the distributor cap off and the rotor is pointing at #1 cylinder here's where im confused looking at the fly wheel there is 4 marks. 1 small line which might go half way across flywheel on the right side the a second mark but on the left side which dose not go all the way across either. The third line which is what I lined up for TDC is a longer line with what looks like a "C" on it. can someone tell me if I have this bad boy on TDC? thanks

Here is a thread with some pictures on a 92 timing belt job.

There are three marks that are 13,15,and 17 degrees before top dead center. Those marks are close to each other. The fourth mark will be the TDC mark and should be by itself.

Are you replacing the timing belt?

I found that a couple weeks ago and study it like crazy, really good write up!
With his car having an automatic my flywheel looks nothing like that and my manual is a joke.

Ok im an idiot the marks on the flywheel I was asking about is the 15 degree mark and the next mark is a solid line left to right and an little line in the middle of the other going up and down. So the distributor is firing on one and the cam sprocket has the "UP" looking up and the two hash marks even with the surface of the head. The crank sprocket arrow lines up with the mark on oil pump perfect but heres the kicker the front balancer sprocket is almost 180 out from marks and the rear balancer I can only get a screw driver in there a couple inches. Iv been looking at this for hours and now im totally confused can anyone point me in the right direction?
