Foggy Front Light -- hasn't gone away in over a month
Hi Honda friends,
There is water in my front corner marker light
I don't know how this water turned up, but it hasn't gone away in months.
I live in Southern California -- we have had more than usual rainfall this winter, but in general the weather is usually HOT and DRY.
Should I wait for this to go away, or will I need to dismantle it and clean it out?
Thank you all in advance.. I am a newbie when it comes to technical solutions so any feedback and pointers is much appreciated
Cheers,
DDB

The first part for me would be to find out where water got in there. The second part would be to remove the water/moisture from inside the headlight.
The headlight should be sealed, so no moisture gets in there. Open the hood and look for cracks along the top of the headlight. Also inspect the seal that holds the two halves together.
Drying may prove difficult. I've read somewhere where people would use a desiccant to dry out the headlight. You may be able to pull the bulb to allow the headlight to dry out at first. On some models, getting to the bulb is not simple.
Btw, what year accord is this?

Ahhh. I am going to check for cracks today. Someone suggested I take the bulb out and aim a blowdryer in there to try and dry it out like that. Thanks for the suggestion.
This is a 2007 Accord EX.
