Default Is this forum still active?

Hello everyone. I am new to this forum and have a few questions about my 1995 accord ex with a stock 2.7. It won't crank and won't shift out of park. I had a couple dash lights on like the abs, set belt and a third but I don't remember. Now, they don't cone on either. The ignition switch is getting power. I changed the ignition switch so I don't think that's the problem. Brake lights come on when I press the pedal. The starter and battery are good also. The fuses are good. and I changed there starter relay. Is it the main fuse? Someone please give me some advise

This is a generic starter diagram (for my car with AT - 2012 Accord), yours may have small differences. I don't have a manual for your 1995, you'll need to get one. As seen, there are 2 fuses in series that bring B+ to the ignition switch, so you need to ensure 12V does get to Ign. Sw. Then, the Starter Cut Relay needs to make to bring voltage to starter. I would start by measuring voltage at the Ign. Sw. to ensure it gets to BAT (White wire), then as you turn Ign. Sw. to Start the voltage gets out to ST (Yellow wire) and reaches Starter Cut Relay. Should voltage not get out of Starter Cut Relay (Black wire White strip) post back and we can look at why the relay won't close.

Hello Draser01 thank you for responding. I have checked the ignition switch, with the key in the on position all wires get power except the solid white. I will check the white as I turn the key like Im starting it as soon as I send this message. I replaced the main relay with a new one. My fuel pump does not primer. I replaced the starter relay with a new one It also is not getting power. I wanted to check the neutral safety switch but I can not locate it. You tube keeps saying its behinde the driver side wheel bit not on my 1994 with 2.7 engine. Do you know where it's located? Also I do have a new battery, and had the starter checked, it is good, When the key is in the start position there is no green key light on the dash. When the car was running it had a few warning lights on, the SRS, seat belt and the ABS. Now those don't light up any more but the dash lights work the brake lights work. I did notice when the key is in the on position for a few minutes the power locks keep activating.By the way I have a 1994 not a 1995. I always say its a 95 or 96 because when I look for parts I can't ever find listings for a 94 with a 2.7

I checked the ignition switch with key in the on position and all wires get power but the black with white stripe. On the opposite side of the ignition switch is a plastic piece that is held on with three screws, where the electrical plugs in. I even took that off and turned the inside with a screw driver and still got nothing

I'm going to recap this one step at a time:

1 - with the key on II there should be B+ on the White wire
2 - with key turned to Start there should be B+ on the Yellow wire (while key is held on Start)
3 - with key held on Start there should be B+ on Starter Cut Relay pins 2 and 4 - you can take relay out and measure with a lamp on those pins
4 - relay back in, key held on Start there should be B+ on Black/Wht wire that goes to Starter if relay is made (coil energized)
a) if relay is not made - no B+ on Black/Wht wire then the ground path of relay coil is open (Transmission Range Sw open, or bad ground, or bad wiring). My manual (2012 Accord 4 cyl,) shows the switch located in engine compartment on driver side behind the wheel - yours will be different. Someone with a V6 may jump in and clarify. You'll need a manual for your car if no response.
