That orange connector is the place where the blk/yel splits from the wire out of the fuse box. It splits to several different places. I don't know which pin corresponds to which component.
If you have a volt meter, unplug that orange junction connector. Put in a new 7.5 amp fuse, and turn the key to the II position. If the fuse blows, then the wire has to be bad between the fuse box and that connector. If it doesn't then one of the pins with a blk/yel wire should have 12V to body ground (use a bare metal bolt as ground).
The next step will be to figure out where the pin that has the messed up wire goes. That could be more complicated. Let us know what you find.
