Default front brake rotors

After owning a couple of honda's I tend to do my own maintenance but one thing that really annoyed me was the front rotor configuration on my 1990 and 1995 accord models when a rotor change was due. The civic and crv had easy rotor change so I'm wondering if the 2003 accord has the same set up as the crv and civic or like the old 1990 and 1995 accord models.

In '98' they wised up and changed back to a "normal" configuration like your civic and CRV had.

Not to hijack but.......many 7th gen Accords had to have the front rotors turned right off the bat, including mine. Are they thick enough to be turned again or is it a one time deal and buy new next time?

there is a measurement 'minimum thickness' spec stamped on the rotor hub.
When you turn/resurface the rotors there is less metal to dissipate the heat, so they are more likely to warp again.

Thanks for the reply and am real glad to hear that the configuration was changed because I think one of the accords weakneses are premature rotor warping. While I am on the subject whenever I change the rotors what brand do you suggest oem or after market.

OEM or Aftermarket?
Well it's a lot of work to change those rotors, but usually parts store rotors will be okay.
I say "usually", becauseI had a run of about 6 months that every flippin rotor [Accord and Civic]I got from my aftermarketsupplier was warped right out of the box, and they won't warranty the labor only the part itself.
