I have the same issue and have been to three mechanics. Has anyone found the solution yet? I have a 2001 Honda Accord. All brakes are locking up. Have replaced calipers and bled and replaced all hoses. Were about to replace master cylinder, but that does not seem to be the solution either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

In my case I put it on neutral and remuve the tire and after few pumps rotor it's does gettin stuck and on release if I lose the bleed cap... I lose the line in the MC and no presure there. Only in the caliper. It feel like the abs motor or a check valve inside there its not release the brake fluid

 

Same issue butwhen I unplug the abs module it unlocks. What could this mean
