Default Front driver side turn signal problem

Here is my problem. I drive a 2006 accord sedan se. Im the original owner, and now I have 218,000 miles on my car. My left driver side turn signal burnt out, and I just changed it now. It now blinks fast, and only when the headlights are turned off. I have made sure that this is the only light burned out. Hazards work at the correct speed. Just turn signal front and back blink fast when headlights are off. When headlights are on just the left tail light blinks fast.

Any suggestions?

Make sure the bulb is the correct type and check the other bulbs too. If bulbs are correct type and okay, it may be the turn signal/hazard relay.

Bulb guide is here: Lamp Replacement Guide View All Bulbs

See this thread for a picture of the location.

I am referring to the relay, not the fuse.
