Default fuel cutoff switch location

Where is the fuel cutoff switch on a 1996 Honda accord 4 cyl. v tec ex and can they be re-set ? Looked all over the web and found a mess of locations but don't see it anywhere's they have said. I think they have different models or years combined. And also ,is there a fuel pump module on this vehicle? I've replaced fuel pump and the relay under dash and pump still won't kick in.

There is no fuel cut-off switch and no fuel pump module. You need to check for proper inputs to the connector for the main fuel relay. I don't have my shop manual in front of me, so I can't give you more specifics.

How are you verifying the fuel pump is not turning on?

It might also be a bad G101 ground too. That one is located on the intake manifold.

I made an assess panel and cover after removing back seat and trunk floor cover, hearing it would be no problem. Thank you for the information.
