Default fuel tank vent line leak: dang squirrels

1999 Accord EX 4 cyl, 50K miles. I assume this is a vent line, since the car ran, but pushed gas out. Its the green connector. There is also a chewed rubber hose. I do NOT want to drop the whole rear subframe to replace the hose.

Questions:
1. Is that really a vent line and whats the part number?
2. Will I be able to fish a new line in there, or should I just put some fuel hose on the ends and use hose clamps?

Thanks.

Update: In addition to what seems to be the chewed fuel return line, there are two chewed vent lines coming from the other tank insert. The bad news I can only find one of the other ends. Anyone have a picture or know what they do?

So the larger vacuum (?) line is actually there. I'm just looking at where its clamped to the tank.
Progress.

I'd replace the quick release connector that had it's hose ate off with one from a parts store. You can get a metal line splice kit to fix the plastic hose. A heat gun will shrink it to fit leak proof. You might need to hose from the new connector to the the splice you just added. I think there's just enough room that if you had to, you could replace the hoses on the top of the tank going to the other tank breather. I know space is at a premium under there, as I've replaced the fuel tank on my 99 4 cylinder Accord. You could always drop the rear sub cradle to give you more room to work with, it's only 4 bolts on the 4 cylinder cars, and 6 on the V6 cars.
What you're calling a vent line, is actually the return line from the fuel pressure regulator.
I hope this helps.

Bob,

Really? 4 bolts? OK, I'll keep that in mind. How much clearance can I expect if I don't drop the exhaust?

The one way valve got eaten as well, and there may be as many as one in Canada. I'll have the stealership try and get it. Doesn't seem to exist anywhere else.

As for the metal line splice kit, do you have a link? Thanks.

You can at least 3 more inches of room, granted the cradle will be sitting on the exhaust. It might be just enough added room. It's not a bad job to due, as I've had my cradle out (changed the fuel tank).
Here's a link to replacing the fuel tank I did. The pics of it going back together didn't survive, but that's what I get for using a free host (not imgur).

You might try looking for the valve on e-bay or Rock Auto, as there has to be more than 1 out there. In Canada I'd expect more, due to rusty fuel tanks.
