Default Fuses

1997 Honda Accord 4cyl.

Which fuse controls the radio and where is it located?

The radio was working fine and also the cigarette lighter, both have now stopped.

We do not have the owner's manual for this vehicle

Under hood fuse box. Fuse #36, 15amp. And it does power both items you listed.

Actually the under dash #11 10amp is also used and IMHO is more likely the issue
