Default Gas Pedal/Fan

My 95 accord used to run smooth, but now when i drive it the gas pedal becomes stiff, as in i have to push the sucker with force for it to go any faster, and at stops, the car starts off slow to a decent speed. Why is this happening?

One of my fans don't turn on or spin at all, i think it was the non a/c one. Why is that?

id say its you trottle cable.
Disconnect it from the engine & try to press the gas peddal. If its still stiff then thats the problem..

you have seen them too eh ?? .. that is the first thing i would look for anytime the pedal (s ) don't feel as smooth as used to

if carpet in not interfering with pedal,, you might have a sticking throttle blade , open up the hood and use the accell cable manually at throttle plate see if it feels smooth ......if not... remove the intake tube at throttle body get some carb cleaner and clean out all the area where the plate swings open and close ,

if it feels smooth there and still stiff from pedal you might have a binding up accell cable
