Question glove box short circuited

ok, i tried to connect some LEDs under the dash and i used the connection from the glove box bulb connection and the 12 volt red touched the black cable and did a small spark. now everything works fine except the tail lights, panel lights and parking lights. i have the alarm and when i press unlock/lock all the lights mentioned above work very well. i tried looking for a blown fuse and they are just fine.
its an Accord 91 LX any ideas/solutions? i need to drive at night and like that i cant

Please double check the #23 15amp fuse in the underhood fuse panel.......

From there, power to the headlight switch, after above fuse, is the red/grn wire, the switch passes that to the red/blk when turned on.
