Default Going backward

Hello,

My Honda Accord 2009 moves backward on a steep road when I'm in D shift.
I know that in automatic shift the car shouldn't go backward unless you are in the R shift.
This is very scary, because for example in a red light changing to green light, if I take may foot off the brake, car starts to go backward.
Should I take the car to dealer and discuss this issue? or this is the way it is supposed to be?
