Yeah just go ahead and remove the chip and see if it'll start for you. Before I did it I had a blinking green light on the gauge cluster with a no start condition. After doing it it started right up. After getting it to start I also found I had an iffy on circuit on my ignition switch. I could've switched it out but by that point I had already committed to a second ecu so I put the "on" circuit on a flip switch, the starter was operated with the key like normal, and I had a bad temp sensor so I had the radiator fan on a switch as well. That car was a lemon and I was still learning at the time. However that car ran forever though. My family and I drove the hell out of it like that. I eventually gave it to a friend when I had to move. He drove it for a few years and then the front control arm fell off on the highway. He had it towed and a new one put on and continued to drive it. After a while his brother got it and drove it until the engine gave out. Nowadays I know alot more than I did and now I drive a '94.

Yeah since I already have no obd and no immo and it's a crank no start. But have power and continuity I'm starting to feel it's the chip. So I'm about to break it off in my OG one since i sent my new one off to get the chip removed anyway. Just to see if it starts. Bc fuses wires (voltage values and grounds) everything seems to check out. It's either I'm a full on idiot or this thing is just playing games. And from what I understand immo issues is a big issue with Hondas. My first one is an 01 civic. Now I got an 01 accord. So im not new to honda but im new to this immo and ecm stuff aka mods. Since I don't have obd anyway I'm about to do it. So does the immobilizer lights and stuff just not come on anymore. Bc its not coming on now and I'm used to it flashing. And going out like a normal start. Also it was flashing before so it was broken into. I changed out all the ignition parts and reprogrammed a new key. Got to turn it about 10 times before this issue. Thays why I'm thinking the chip

That checks out with what I was seeing on mine. Before I broke my chip off I had gotten a set of working and matching keys, ecu, and the reader module that went on the ignition switch where the key goes in. None of it worked like it was something else in the dash or a bad connection until I just gave in and removed the chip. If there's nothing else going on you'll be able to start it and just have an always on check engine light. I have old video of starting it afterwards. My rpm was at a steady healthy 1000 on the tach with a check engine light on. I might edit and redub that video and upload it later. I hated my old accent so there's no way I'm sharing it as is XD Also yes after removing the chip you will no longer see a green immo key light anymore as the system has been removed.

No problem. It sucks that didn't immediately fix your issue but if anything maybe it gets you closer.
