I bought a 2018 Honda Accord LX did not pay attention and it came with out heated outside mirrors. I would Like to know if wiring is already their if I purchase 2 new mirrors. Hope someone has answer trying not to take doors panels off to find out.

I have an 07 and I do not know if the 18 is similar but on mine there is a button to activate it So would say no. Even if Honda has upgraded to it activate with defrost on I would think there would be a extra pin on the connector at least that was or was not installed. You should not have to take the door apart. You should have an access panel you can take off that is parallel to the mirror to see what the connector has in it
