heated seats
The heated drivers seat in my car doesn't get that warm and am wondering if I may have a problem. My dads 03 monte has great heated seats, this is what got me thinking. My car is an 06 Accord ex 4 cyl coupe.

If you want, you can test it yourself and if it turns out to be the switch, replace it yourself.
Turn the ignition to ON, does the driver’s seat heater work now? If the seat heater works, the switch may be the problem.
If you want to, the switch can also be tested for continuity in different switch positions.
- Gently lift the trim panel by hand. There are clips holding the trim panel on. There are three clips on each side holding it down.
- The seat heater switch is screwed into the trim panel. Unplug the Blue 6-P connector. (If replacing the switch, you would unplug the switch, lift the panel and unscrew the switches from the panel.)
- Connect a jumper wire from cavity 5 (Brn wire) to cavity 6 (Gry wire).
- Connect a jumper wire from cavity 4 (Blk wire) to cavity 3 (Lt Grn wire).
