RE: Help! @ a Job Site...
x3 .... on printing out DH's thread. As noted earlier ..... try jumping the car. This may be as simple as a bad battery from the factory. Stranger things have happened!

RE: Help! @ a Job Site...
Well, I got my Truck and Trailer to hawl the Accord home. When I got home from the5 hourroundtrip. I tested the battery and it was good. Then I tested the Starter and it was good. So, I have might havea bad ignition switch, a fuse, starter relay, wiring, clutch switch, or whatever. At this moment I have a hot wire with a switchrunning to the Starter. So I can start teh car for Temp. What should I do?
What I have Checked...
The Starter Fuse under the Dash
Starter
Battery
So far I have replaced on this Honda...
Main Relay
Battery
Time Belt
Acc. Belt
All Water Cooling Hoses
Rear Wheel Bearing
Rear Sub Frame
Fuel Filter
Air Filter

If your starter is working properly, then I would pull the plug on the clutch interlock switch and jumper that plug with a paperclip. This will fool the car into thinking that you have the clutch pushed in. Make sure your are in neutral when trying to start the car.
If the car starts with no problem, then replace the clutch interlock switch.

...the other switch thats a little bigger than the clutch switch?
could it be the brake switch?
im not really sure if they have this on hondas or not, mines an auto, but a lot of cars they have one switch on the top of the clutch to tell when its full engaged and one on the bottom that can tell if its fully depressed. is the top one what you were talking about?
