I just spoke to the dealer and the truck is not missing a dolly nor the there was inside the truck
The driver was delivering piƱatas that day
I just spoke to the witness and he did not actually see the dolly coming off from the truck. He saw the driver swerving and he saw the color matched the truck and that is how he got the truck #
I spoke to the driver who is XXXXX(i took off his name) and he actually saw the dolly coming from a truck in front of him. He tried to swerved and the dolly went underneath his truck
It was not our driver's fault. There was no dolly registered for that truck

 

Did YOU see where the dolly came from? Did it come from the truck and the driver is lying about it?
