The car is a 1992 Honda accord I am not sure if the problems lies within the shift solenoid or if its with the TCM before the problem started the green “S” Sports light would come on even though the button wasn’t activated on the shifter after a while I noticed the car started jumping while driving as if it was switching gears. I again noticed that when I cold start the car or after waiting for a traffic light the car would drag when I remove my feet from the brake pedal the car wouldn’t move I have to floor the vehicle for it to move and then it moves slowly. The green s light would come on and off while the vehicle is jumping and I notice it drags only when the green s light is on. The light doesn’t blink or flash it’s either on or off When the green s light is off the car works perfectly. Reverse is the only gear the car works well in.

 

Jumper the service connector with a paperclip, just like reading engine ECU error codes. The S light will flash it's own code along with (or instead of) the check-engine light. Post back with that code.
