Code 9---Cylinder Sensor

Code 17---VSS Vehicle Speed sensor

Code 65---Secondary O2 Sensor Heater

Can anyone tell me the fixes on these problems?

Well the 96 sould also read the OBDII code but we can try with these.

Not sure what issue (main) that you have.....I'm gussing the code 9 (no start)?

Do you have a volt meter and can you check the resistance of the sensor?

Car runs fine, Starts fine just has a little rpm bounce when I coast. Just changed head gasket, timing belt, balancer belt, all that could be changed. The CEL has been on for a while just was seeing what issues I had and how to resolve them. No voltmeter! I'm going to change the vss and the o2 sensor ( if I can figure which one) but was wondering about the crankshaft sensor.

Ok, at least for the O2, if you are going to replace without testing....replace the "downstream" one

Have you ever reset them to see if/which ones come back?
