i just installed a new air intake, and had to unhook my battery while doing so. now my car wont start. i think its my antitheft system. how do i fix this and does it happen to anyone else? its a 95 honda ex 4 cyl

 

That year/model didn't have an immobilizer system.
"won't start" meaning won't crank the engine or won't run?
Do you have some type of aftermarket alarm?
Check for blown fuses in the under hood fuse panel?
Got spark?
Fuel pressure at the test port of the fuel rail?

Throw us a bone here, we need some info to chew on. LOL

 

wont start meaning it wont even turn over. when my key is in the on position, my radio and etc. work, but when i turn it to start, my radio shuts off like normal, but the engine does nothing

 

Do what hondadude said, check all the fuses under the hood, maybe even the ones near the doors if the 5thgen has them. Might even be your starter; try to hit it with something metal and try to crank it.
