Exclamation Help needed with hot start

Hi, I got a 89 Accord LXI with a FI Engine, think is the 2000-cc version. First, at any time vehicle start its quite slow, like when battery is low and the starter runs slower than normal, but the battery and starter are almost new. Since I buy the car it has this problem, but normally it started and runs quite well. A few days ago, check engine light goes on and it is a little bit up while in idle speed. In these days a realize that after I was driving for a while I cant start the car again until I leave it around 10 or 15 minutes without trying to start, after this time the car starts but not in an easy way. The garage guy make me replace the idle speed valve and it didn't help much.

Any Idea what could be wrong?. After some start try's a heavy gasoline smell can be notice.

you need to read the code and post it here.........almost sounds like a bad TW sensor ( code 6 ) but it needs to be diagnosed
go to the DIY section there is a write up on how to read the code,,
