Default Help please

Ok so here is the situation. My ground came loose on my external voltage regulator and my voltage spiked. Now when I turn my key the car does nothing. I am getting voltage at the inside fuse box but when I turn the key nothing. No dash lights no nothing.

Have you started checking the fuses in the under-hood fuse box and driver's under-dash fuse box? My mind is a little fried today, due to some other issues, so I am not able to read some of the diagrams that well today. It kind of looks like there are various fuses in both boxes that can affect the multiplex control unit and gauge control module (dash instrument gauge).

I have to agree with Redbull-1, check the under hood fuses.

EDIT: do you have a "short version" of the wiring -for the charging system - you have done? I looked at the first page but - sorry not a radio person - and not sure what mod's you have made.
