Default Help Please

Anyone knows if the SOHC vtec head can fit from a 98-2000 accord lx to a 90 accord EX? i know i will need the ECU and the harness....will i need anything else? i am just trying to do a cheap VTEC swap without changing my whole engine. please respond with all i need to know...Thanks

you can get an F23A1 or A4 (both VTEC) off of ebay for about $500. That's the 98-02 Accord engine. Let me know the engine code of your car and I'll be able anser your question.

get the vtec f22. Then you can keep OBD1 emissions. If you switch you'll abide by stricter rules under obd2b.

oh...thats the sohc vtec......do you think it will be hard to swap??? what u think a shop would charge to do the swap? and will it give me alot more horsepower?

ww.Yes they'll charge you and power numbers won't change as much as powerband. The VTEC F22 head and ECU will make your life a lot easier.
