Default Help! Stripped wheel cylinder bolt.

Hey guys, I recently replaced the rear brake drums/shoes/wheel cylinders on my 1997 Honda Accord SE. After bleeding and driving I felt like there may still have been air in the lines. I went to bleed again and noticed one of the new wheel cylinder boots seemed. Having just bought it I decided I would go get it replaced only to find that one of the two bolts (10 mm) holding it in is stripped and wont budge. I have tried penetrating oil but only just one time. I can't seem to be able to fit a socket on there because there is no clearance on the side the stripped bolt is on. Of course, it started getting dark and I had to call it quits for the night. I don't want to cut the bolt because I would like to replace the cylinder for a new one (and yes i know how cheap they are, but I still would like to exchange it) I don't have any torch available to me at the moment and was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to get this bolt off. Thanks!

Not sure why you can't cut the head off, remove the cylinder, then use some vice grips to remove the remainder of the bolt.

Can you get a chisel in there at an angle to knock the bolt loose?

I dont have access to a saw at the moment. I am going to try the chisel method hopefully that works if not i will be hacking away.
