Default Hesitation, Bogging while acceleration

I have 98 accord, some time the bogging is worst some time its not but its there.

Slight missing at 1.5 to 2k RPM. If you run car at throttle to the floor then few moments later car wont go above 2 k rpm and sounds boooooooooooaaaaaa while pressing throttle.

What i have done
1. Cleaned Throttle Body
2. Checked for Vac Leak
3. Replaced Spark Plugs
4. Replaced ICM and Ignotion Coil and Rotor.
5. Complete cleaning of Fuel Rail and Injectors.
6. Replaced Spark Plug Wires
7. Verified the voltages at Fuel Pump
8. Changed Fuel Pump Regulator.

Where should I look Next

At a guess, replace nothing on a guess - test/check these things.

This could be a clogged egr port.

How old is the O2 sensor(s)?

Is this a 4 or 6 cyl car?

I don't see where the dist cap was replaced?

Timing belt service been performed? If not a slipped timing belt is possible. Suggest checking engine timing; crankshaft and camshaft at TDC simultaneously.

good luck

If you have an engine miss the Catalytic Converters can overheat and act as if the exhaust is clogged up. You can put a load on the engine at the RPM of the miss and remove each spark plug wire with insulated plies and the cylinder that makes little difference is the miss. If all are consistent you then have a global problem. You can put a load on the engine by having someone put the car in reverse with foot strongly on the brake pedal while raising the rpm until the miss is present then pull and replace each spark plug wire. They make a plastic pliers to use to pull spark plug wires off while running and not getting a shock such as Lisle 51500 Nylon Spark Plug Wire Puller.

To my current diagnosis the car gets to its normal state when i restrict the pipe going to tank after Fuel Pump Regulator. I suppose FPR is the culprit.

The car is 4 cylinder
