On the parts diagram for an Australian 1995 Accord EXi, AT, it doesn't have the EGR service plate or an EGR valve.

I've been down this one before - if this 95 Accord is from "down under", there is no egr or plate to clean.

EDIT: sorry, forgot to go to the end (page 2) - responded to the end of page one, I see redbull already answered this

You should check your vacuum brake booster. It may have a leak causing significant drop in vacuum level. This will affect idle. See following video:

good luck

I ran the car, now its not surging badly, but still a bit idle problem. not sure about if this is still idle problem.

here is an example.
car idle is 550 rpm. if the car runs at 2000 rpm, for any breaking condition (hard or soft) it idles smoothly to reach 550 but, before reaching it goes up to 800-900 for a sec before settling down to 550. if this is still a idle problem?

i have cleaned IACV, FITV and PCV
for PCV i took out the valve and cleaned it. i was wondering of i can pour some air intake cleaner into the grommet of PCV because i have seen a layer of oil and sludge in the grommet. but so scared to spray and liquid in case it damages the engine.

Thanks guys for your great advise as always.

Check for PCV is to vigorously shake. It should rattle. If no rattle, the check valve may be stuck. Clean w/ throttle body cleaner or brake cleaner until it rattles.

Also check that PCV hoses are sound and not blocked.

Anything on brake booster check?

good luck

Nothing found on brake boosters. visually checked the booster lines, its okay, then tried booster check by depressing pedal, its stopping at higher position. this is what i found on net how to test brake booster.
