Default Hi have a misfire problem

Hi, I have a 96 Honda Accord EX with a severe misfire problem under light throttle. I have replaced cap, rotor, wires and plugs but its still there. What could be causing this problem.

Thanks

Timing is correct. I think it is maybe in the distributor.

Little update.

If I try and beat the crap out of the car it will make the misfire go away all together till I turn it off again. I can just turn the key off for a second and turn it back on and the misfiring will come right back.

Coil has been problematic more frequently that ignitor in my experience. I would also check all engine compressions to make sure you have good compression on all cylinders.

good luck
