Honda sells different cars as Accords in different parts of the world. But 1995 they might be the same.

For example, a 1999 Accord in UK/Euro is a completely different car than a 1999 Accord in USA.

Many times we can answer questions either way, but some details like how the fuses are numbered in the fusebox will be different.

Does yours have the Daytime Running Lights (DRL)?

Ok, give me a bit. Again I can only use the Canada model - came from the factory with DRL.

Do you have a volt meter to check a few things.

The DRL control could be causing the issue.

I remember reading something about a fairly common issue with the DRL that can actually be fixed. Serach around for issues with the DRL. I can't remember if it is/was the same as what you are having.

It may have to do with the DRL control or may be a bulb issue now. When the relays were changed, it seemed to have fixed the problem temporarily. Now, there is the possibility it is a bulb issue after all that.

I bought a voltmeter now...

the highbeams do engage right after starting the car (if the car is cold and has not been used for hours.)
but after 5 minutes of driving, the highbeams will not stay enganged again after turning them off--> on...
I have to pull the switch against me and hold it to get the highbeams..
seems like temperature has something to do with this? question is why?

Again, remember that I'm using a manual for a Canada 95 (Thanks PA ). Hope it is close to what you have.

When the high beams stop working, test the inputs to the Dimmer relay.

GRN - ground from the light switch.
BLK - constand ground fro G401/G403
ORN/WHT ground to the headlight
"unknown color" - power from the headlight relay.

Then check the wires to the high beam bulbs- ORN/WHT is ground from the relay. Power is from RED/WHT (left), RED/ORN (right).
