Ok I plugged the hose and it does stay on now, but I was still getting about 2300 RMS I adjusted the idle from the back of the carb the black turning thingy, I got it about 900 I dont have and ohmeter but more less I know its 8 something, anyway it was running fine and when I was putting the air cleaner \back on, as soon as I connected hose 33, the rpms were up high about 1900 so I left it unplugged now it reads 1300 more less, so on my test drive it went fine except for 2 times the car stalled when I braked hard, both times the clock reset it self like if the pos cable on the battery was disconnected I can live with the stalling because on the third time it was about to stall I release the brake pedal before it stalled and made it back. What does hose 33 do?

With everything connected (air cleaner and hoses) can you get your hand back there to adjust, when adjusting everything is suppose to be connected and the engine at normal temp.
