Hitting a bumper...
Hello,
Well earlier today when I was parking I hit a parking lot bumper when I was parking, three, four miles per hour at most I think. It felt pretty hard. After my idiotic mistake I did a visual inspection, everything looked fine. Then I drove my car for 180 miles to my final destination. I didn't notice any anomalies while I was driving. A more thorough visual check shows no obvious problem. The rims and tires look good for now. So I was just wondering what are the implications of hitting road curb or a bumper? I know that the wheel balance/ alignment may be off, but is there any more significant impact?
Thanks for the help. Truly appreciated.

Did you hit a curb thing with the tires? Or did you hit something else with the car's bumper?
At parking speeds (usually slower than 3mph) you probably didn't do anything. This might be a good excuse to get a suspension alignment just to make sure.
If you had bent a rim, you'd feel it like an unbalanced wheel. Did it start pulling to one side afterwards?

Like Jim said, at that low of a speed, it is likely that no damage was done and considering that you drove another 180 miles without noticing any issues i.e: steering drift, brake pull, wheel hop, etc... I'd say that you're okay.
Keep an eye on air pressure though, which could indicate a bead-seal break from the rim
