The inner plastic fender has what I call plastic push in screws-number I don't remember off hand. You have to unscrew the plastic phillips screw and then kind of pull the "push in clip" or fender to get it loose. Either you can take pic's and post or I will try tomorrow night....sorry getting late-or are you talking about the three metal screws on the mud flap-see my pic posted already-the one where you can see the front tire.
