I use an A/C and alternator to get the maxium load for the engine, to get faster engine surges up and down.

So was your a/c on the whole time in that video, or were you turning it on and off? Also look at the a/c compressor clutch to see if the a/c is cycling on and off during your video.

Where can I find the diagnostic connector? The manual says it should be near the car's glove box and it should have 2 pins. I have found 6 pin red connector, but it looks like it is not connected to anything. Any ideas?

Look closely at the compressor clutch (the plate that in front of the compressor pulley. When the a/c is turned off, the clutch plate does not spin with the pulley. When the a/c is turned on, it spins with the pulley. You may need a flashlight to see the plate. Just make sure the plate is spinning the whole time the engine is running with the a/c turned on.

Another simple test is to get some whiteout or a paint pen. Draw a straight line on the crankshaft pulley from the center crank bolt.to the edge. Run the engine for a bit, shut it off,and see if you still have a straight line. The crank pulley is really 2 metal pulleys glued together with rubber. If the rubber separated, then the outer metal pulley would not spin and not drive the alternator, a/c, and power steering pump.

As for the service connector, the obd1 connector should be near the hinge of the glove box. Your car has OBD2 and the connector is behind the ash tray.
