Default Honda Accord 2007 ATF dipstick level

Had my transmission fluid changed and noticed that it appears that the fluid is a bit clear above the upper level, but the darker color is between the upper and lower levels.

Is the additional clear fluid above the upper level a cause for concern?

ATF is continually circulated so any contamination is circulated,

Dipstick color difference is a lighting angle illusion.

The color difference can also be explained by the thickness of the ATM film. Gravity will pull down the ATF towards the bottom of the stick, so the film is thicker and will appear darker.
