Default Honda accord cl7 2.0 idle issues

hello

I'm having some issues with my 06 accord. the car is having 120k kms, engine and transmission oil, coolant, air filter, spark plugs all new.
at the idle rpm the engine is running rough with a lot of vibration. sometimes tends to stall, happened once while I did a hard stop.

I checked and cleaned the throttle body (doesn't have iacv), egr, radiator cap.
I did idle learning procedure, with no succes.

strānge thing, the cars idle at 600 without headlights and 700 with them on# everybody tells me this in normal but I found in the manual minimum rpm for automatic transmission is 750 for both conditions.

the car doesn't have any err codes and the rough idle is mostly at cold when the cooling liquid is between 40 and 70 degrees Celsius.

engine mounts are alright.

could be the vibrations cause by the low rpm?
if not what else can I check?

Were you having this problem before you did the maintenance items you listed (plugs, fluids, etc)? Was any work done on the car before you noticed the idle/stalling problem?

Do you have a scanner that can read live data from the PCM?

yes I have a scanner.
I started to notice this about 40k km ago and it got worse with the time.
