May be someone can help, I am trying to assist someone that has had an accident and the right rear quarter panel and floor extension was replaced. He was told that once a structural panel is replaced Honda voids the corrosion warranty to the newly installed and adjoining parts.

That's probably true, unless the quarter & floor were replaced at a Honda dealer. The warranty for corrosion of those parts would have to come from the repair place. Or from the insurance company that chose which repair place.

I'm sure insurance law is different for any different state in USA (even more so if you're not in USA). So I don't know how you go about insisting that the corrosion warranty is restored.
