Hood compatibility- 4cyl to 6 cyl

Hood compatibility- 4cyl to 6 cyl
So sorry if this is a repost, I wasn't able to find it. I need a new hood on my 4cyl 96 Accord LX 2 dr. I found a decent one at a great price from a 96 accord EX V6 four door. Will the hood work, or are they incompatible? Thanks in advance to those wiser than me.
