horn sticks on only when it's cold out

I know this was posted once before by someone else, but it was never resolved. I have the same problem. Horn will stay on when the temp outside drops to around freezing. I remove the horn relay to stop it and as soon as the temp rises, I can put the relay back in and everything is fine.(until it gets cold again!) Only idea I have is the actual horn switch is causing the problem. Anyone know how to replace it? 02 accord ex coupe 2.3 auto
I was just thinking about this a bit and I may be wrong (depending on how your horn is wired, not to up on 02 stuff) test for power going to the horn relay, if there is no power when the horn is not on then it can't be the relay. If there is a constant power that is switched over when the horn is pushed then it's probably the relay, no constant power, probably the switch itself. If it's cold outside and you let the car get super warm and then try it does it still stick on?

Thanks for the responses. The first thing I did was to swap one of the other relays in the under hood box and it started honking as soon as I plugged the other relay in. The horn circuit is very simple...the switch in the steering wheel grounds out when you push it. In turn it completes the coil circuit for the relay which is fed with +12v from a fuse. The only reason there is a relay in a horn circuit is the fact that all horn switches ground when pushed. I am still leaning toward the switch...I think something in the steering wheel is causing the problem. When the horn is working normally, it takes very little pressure to activate it.
