Horn Stuck ....

Horn Stuck ....
So today around 6am my horn was stuck ...... woke up all my neighbors so i had to remove my my batt. What could it be my wife said that it happened a few weeks ago too. Both times it has been raining and foggy.
Where should i start looking.

For starters, unplug the horn.
Most likely horn buttons or cable reel is defective. If the buttons depress and return, a cable reel fault seems more likely, but could still be buttons.
Look through Online Manuals post in DIY forum for a download for your year/trim Accord. Post this info in your signature line so it's always presented w/ a post.
If you have a security system installed, this might be a fault in that system.

I bet you are the talk of the neighborhood......6am on a Holiday.
Anyway, to add. Know that as usual for Honda's, the horn works when ground is applied. On the 96 there is a relay that supplies the ground.
EDIT: Since you and another member are having horn issues today, thought this might help if you don't have it already.
