Default Horsepower
I'd like to know if theres a website where u enter car make model year and like add car mods to see base horsepower and horsepower with mod parts.

Not that I know of. If you tell use what mods you have we could make a guess for you. Most people over estimate how much power they gain from intake, exhaust, and other bolt on mods.

2000 Honda Accord 3.0L v6 AEMŽ - Honda Accord 1998-2000 Dual Chamber Air Intake System this is the only performance part I had installed so far.
