Last year I did an engine swap on my 1996 Honda Accord LX, replacing it with the same model 2.2 engine. Everything runs but I have not been able to put the cruise control back together yet. [Need it soon, I'm driving cross-country next week.] It would really help if somebody could explain the procedure for attaching that cable to the engine, I don't even know the correct terms. Thanks.

 

I'm not sure what you have installed.

My suggestion would be to download a 94 shop manual from the spoon site I posted in the online manuals thread in the DIY section. That will have all of the detail you need to reinstall the CC. That should be almost identical to you 96 accord.
