Default How can I locate P.S. belt tension bolt on 1998 LX?

Hello,
My fist post
I am planning to replace alternator and P.S. belts on my 1998 LX 4cyl.
I don't think that I will have a problem with the alternator belt.
However, I could not locate the bolt that can adjust P.S. belt tension. According to the diagram, I can lossen #6 and #17 bolts so I can remove the old belt.

Would someone please let me know where that particular bolt is locate.
If it doesn't exist, how can I adjust belt tension.
Regards,

Kind of like this. Doesn't show the braker bar but you'll figure that out.....just be careful. You want just enough where the belt does not make noise....too tight and bearings get worn out.

Get creative.....I have the ps belt tension down to a science on my 3rd gens- same "pry bar" set up on the PS. I have a nice long pry bar, place it in there, gentle push with my right shoulder, tighten the lock bolt with my left hand....done, simple right

Thanks for your help.
BTW, I am looking for torque specification for P.S. pump as well as alternator.
Would you please point me to where can I find those info?
Is there any 6th generation accord service/ repair manual available for download?
Thanks again.

You can get a manual for this from automanualsource - $22 for a download, $27 for a cd shipped.

PS and the lower alt bolt do not take much....~16 ft lbs. Looks like the upper bolt to alt is ~33 ft lbs.
