how do you disable a check engine light 05 Accord V6
This is the second time i've set off my check engine light by stepping on the gas, any way to clear the code without having to take it to Honda and getting charged $100 and get scolded?
Also am I seriously damaging my engine if I take it up to 4500 rpm's?

Take it to Honda and they won't clear off your CEL..no parts store will do it either..By your self an OB11 and you can do your own..but that wont stop your problem.
Go to an AutoZone tomorrow and have them do a CEL on your car and they will tell you what you need to have fixed..
