For starters, this my first foreign car. I bought it to save some miles on the Yukon and save money on the exceptional gas mileage over the Yukon.

I bought a '94 Accord Coupe EX and it appears the front park lights are burned out. The manual says to simply remove the screw behind the light, push forward and the housing comes out. I tried this and it wouldn't budge.

Did I miss something? I actually tried to push the housing forward with a piece of wood (to help prevent marring the paint).

Do you mean the corner lights? the ones right next to the headlight? I replaced mine with euros and it felt liek you were going to break something. But yeah remove those screws. And then what I did, was I got paralell with the side of my accord, and then put my hand flat, lengthwise with the light and pushed it straight forward out. It will break free and surprise you so be careful! haha But dont push to far b/c it is still attatched w/ wires.

 

open up the hood and remove the phillip screw ,, if you have done that,, get a small screwdriver, insert it between the lense and the fender, you might want to wrap the screwdriver in some paper towel so you won't damage the paint.. force the lense toward the front of the car ,, there are 2 pins in the assembly that go inside plastic clips in the lense and at times they get stuck in there pretty good .

I sprayed where the clips appeared to be located with Sili-Kroil and they came right out. Both front park lights where burned out. I replaced the front park lights with yellow bulbs and the side markers with clear.
